In one sentence

This site collects, stores and shares none of your personal data. No accounts, no forms, no trackers, no analytics.

What this site actually does

1. Local preferences (in your browser only)

To remember your choices, the site uses the browser's localStorage for two items:

Neither is sent to any server — they live in your browser. Clearing browser data removes them.

2. Third-party requests (technically necessary)

This is a static site, but two kinds of resource come from another of our own subdomains:

• Audio engine: Tone.js / Midi.js loaded from lib.midicn.com (used to play examples)
• Track files: when you press play, the corresponding MIDI file is fetched from lib.midicn.com

Both are our own domains — no third-party companies are involved. As with any web request, the serving host (GitHub Pages) will log the requesting IP address, exactly as any site logs requests for its images.

This site contains no Google Analytics, no ad trackers, no social plugins, and no external CDNs (fonts and icons are all bundled locally).

Advertising

There is no advertising on this site today. If advertising is ever introduced, this page will be updated first, stating the source, whether cookies are used, and how to opt out.

Children

We do not collect information from children — because we collect no information at all. If a parent spots anything unsuitable, please tell us.

Your rights

Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to delete or export. You can remove the local preferences at any time by clearing your browser data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page and is dated. We will not change our data practices without updating this page.
